Throughout many home renovations we have been through with various homes, Nate stands out immediately. He provides thorough customer service, completes projects quicker than I could have ever expected, and shows how much he cares through the quality of his craftsmanship. Our cabinets turned out even better than what we could have hoped for. We had a specific and untraditional vision for the range hood and Nate heard us on this and made it happen. We had such an amazing experience working with Nate! He made us a custom island, custom coffee bar, new drawer fronts, etc. for our kitchen. Everything was done quickly, looks incredible and is such high quality. Definitely recommend him for any woodwork!

I found Halla's through recommendations on Facebook by several people. I called and within 2 hours he was at the house measuring for some odd-shaped countertops that I needed made. He's so great to work with, and updated me throughout the waiting period as to when the counters would be delivered. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful cabinetry and countertops. Thanks again Nate!

Nate Halla does extraordinary work! The rustic hickory cabinets are beautiful!Once the cabinets were installed, I decided I wanted two changes. Nate returned immediately and calmly worked with me. Within 2 weeks, I had another set of drawers and an angular cabinet near a walkway. Perfect!He has taken many years of experience into his own shop.I researched big box stores and custom cabinets. My research paid off! Nate will be building another set of cabinets toward year's end.Pam Beytien

My wife had always wanted a section of floating shelves to be installed in our kitchen and had a specific vision in mind for how she wanted everything to look. Originally, we had given the project to a smaller local outfit and were forced to put everything on hold after it became clear they lacked the expertise and resources to finish the job. Prepared to scrap the idea altogether, we ultimately agreed to bring in Halla's Cabinetry for an estimate at the behest of a colleague of Shannon's who was familiar with his work. When Nate showed up at our house, I was instantly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and confidence. His prices were a tad higher than the previous company, but in the end, they turned out to be worth every penny — and then some. From the initial consultation all the way until the final screw was tightened into the wall, we could not have been more impressed with his overall work and craftmanship. We strongly recommend Halla’s Cabinetry.

Nate was wonderful to work with! He was easy to communicate with, fast to respond to messages, and overall friendly and professional. He built a custom hall tree for our entryway and cupboards in an empty nook of our upstairs. They weren’t big or easy spaces to work with but he helped us come up with an idea that would get us more storage and we are so happy with the final product. Nate was great! We had had some kitchen cabinets made from another person and the cabinet doors were all not fitting correctly. found out the cabinets were not square. Nate crafted all new doors and drawers and replaced - everything looks and works awesome now!

Our experience working with Nate of Halla's Cabinetry was great. While we had ideas of what we wanted, Nate's expertise helped guide additional considerations and new plans. We're so happy with the end result. Our kitchen cabinets are full of character and are well crafted. Nate was also very easy to work with, he was highly communicative and responsive. He gave me great customer service in explaining and suggesting how I could make my dream kitchen happen. He showed me a sample door so I could see what an actual design and stain would look like. With that sample I could easily make counter top decisions. The quality is 5+ stars.

I just recently moved to Owatonna and I didn’t have enough cupboard space so I contacted my old friend Nate Halla to see if he could design and install some more cupboards in my kitchen. He put top and bottom cupboards in my kitchen and a breakfast nook in my dining room and I’ve never been this satisfied with the results! He matched the woodwork perfectly to 40 year old cupboards and installed it in a days time. He was good and his pricing was reasonable! Nate was very respectful and made sure that I got just what I asked for! Thank you Nate!

Nate does a awesome job from start to finish, he's so easy to work with,we had him do our kitchen cabinets. he helped us figure out what we really wanted couldn't ask for a a better job! sent pictures to show us how far he was on them and brought over samples of stain to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.
